👁‍🗨 Average Daily Views per Property: 66 - up 11.9% from 59 in Sep. ⬆✅


The uptick in average daily views per property suggests an increased interest in the market. However, there are more properties available for sale, but fewer sales are agreed upon, and more price reductions are occurring.
