I hold both the Level 2 and the Level 3 Awards in the Sale of Residential Property, highly accredited qualifications that have provided me with the essential skills to sell your property while ensuring legislative compliance. Propertymark collaborates with over 17,500 members to establish professional standards through regulation and mandatory CPD.

In 2022 I was shortlisted as a finalist for Propertymark's Sales Candidate of the Year. In October of the same year, the awards ceremony was held at the British Museum. I received my Level 2 Award diploma from Phil Spencer, the longtime presenter of the popular TV show Location Location Location.

I have been a member of Sell It, the USA's largest sales training community, since 2019. Founded in 2019 by one of the most successful real estate agents in the USA, Ryan Serhant, Sell It empowers real estate agents to become better advisors for homeowners and clients.

 

With over 30,000+ members across 128 countries, the platform offers digital courses, hands-on training, and daily workshops. This continuous learning helps me enhance my skills to sell your property for the highest possible price, and ensure a smooth process.

In September 2024, I attended the big Sell It 2024 conference in SoHo, New York City. I learned first-hand from Ryan Serhant and many of his highly experienced agents how to deliver a world-class estate agency service to clients, to sell homes for the best price, and how to run an agency.
