When inquiring about a service or seek my advice, you agree that: (i) you act responsibly: (ii) you act lawfully. The fee I charge for using the service will be agreed upon in writing before the contract is entered. Using the statutory wording, the agency contract will state the terms that indicate when you are liable to pay a commission. I may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

If you have a complaint regarding the service that was provided to you, you have the right to submit a formal complaint using the Formal Complaints Form. The complaint will be investigated and resolved. If no satisfactory resolve can be reached, you will have the right to take the matter further to the relevant redress scheme.
