This Monday, 30th March 2026, I renewed my membership with the National Association of Estate Agents, NAEA Propertymark. Following my achievement of the Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property in September 2024, I remain a strong advocate for professional qualifications and ongoing development.
In the service sector in particular, learning never stops. As the leading professional body for property agents in the UK, NAEA Propertymark upholds professional standards by equipping its members to deliver excellent services to clients and consumers.
The membership provides me with tools and resources to win business, navigate changes in compliance, and expand my professional knowledge. Understanding new regulations, such as the Renter’s Rights Act, can be challenging, but NAEA Propertymark supports members through fact sheets, best practice guides, a sales and lettings helpline, and regular training sessions, alongside continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.
Although I am not yet working in the industry, I am preparing to support the Islington expansion of an established UK estate agency as Expansion Director and Personal Estate Agent (subject to UK Right to Work). My NAEA Propertymark membership ensures ongoing professional development, helping me deliver this role with credibility and confidence.
