Jacob Littorin joins NAEA Propertymark.

Jacob Littorin, your Personal Estate Agent in Islington, has joined the membership of NAEA Propertymark - the leading professional body for estate agents in the United Kingdom.

The membership comes with regulation compliance support, legal and HR advice, as well as extensive training, and an annual continuing professional development (CPD) requirement.

Propertymark as a whole represents over 17,800 member property agents across the UK. They provide guidance, advice, research, and a comprehensive programme of workshops, conferences, and events. They regulate members’ activity according to a code of conduct and rules, with disciplinary action for instances of non-compliance.

Propertymark launched in February 2017 combining five different associations into a single brand. The five associations (ARLA, NAEA, NAVA, ICBA and APIP) were dedicated to promoting the highest industry standards for over 50 years. Propertymark members are practising agents helping people to buy, sell, and rent their treasured homes every day. 'NAEA' used to be the National Association of Estate Agents - now in Propertymark.

Last Wednesday I successfully passed the exams for the Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property (England & Wales), which granted me full membership of NAEA Propertymark. The workbook alone for this qualification is 800 pages.

My journey with Propertymark started way back in the autumn of 2020 when I ordered my first qualification: the level 2 in residential sales. Now, almost four years later, I finally have the Level 3 Award, and equipped with immense knowledge of how to be an amazing estate agent.
