Hi!! It's December - the darkest month! So when selling your property, ensure it looks cozy, warm, and welcoming. You want prospective buyers to be able to envision just how perfect your property will be during the most wonderful time of the year. Have smelling candles ready to be lit, or a scent of clove. If you have a garden, tidy up and remove trash gardens. Whoever buys your property is likely to spend time in that very garden during the summer of 2024 - so present it to perfection. ~Nash North
