Camden Beating Islington's Property Prices Since 1995

Let's look at the average property prices in these boroughs since 1995.

Islington endured the biggest plunge during the 2008 financial crisis but has since been a steady place to put your money. Overall, Islington is cheaper than Camden, and more expensive than Inner London.

Comparing the two boroughs, their sales volume since 1995 shows similar developments. Although the number of sales is not comparable (due to different sizes), the trend points downward to quite similar levels in late 2023.
